My only complaint is that I was told it would take until the end of the day before my car would be ready so I took the train 60 miles to Edinburgh for a day out - I'd just arrived when DP called to say my car was ready! Great service.

The issue was resolved quicker than the estimate, and the car was valeted before return which was a nice touch, as it was a warranty issue and recall I would have like greater availability of a courtesy car, as I rely on my MINI for work.

Got a curtesy car with no petrol had to fill the car up. Could you not put 1/4 tank in and charge????

I left the shop with a flat tire. For 6 months you could not fix my issue because of the inexperienced mechanics you use. I went to an alternative mechanic who found the issue was incorrect placement of the part in question by your mechanics.

DP dealt with the issue promptly and a refund was immediately arranged however it concerns me that it was only my husband's vigilance which prevented me being significantly out of pocket.
